Regenia (Woosley) Skirvin, 68, of Bowling Green passed away February 21, 2019. The Lee, Kentucky native was born October 30, 1950 to the late Emmit and Velverene (Embry) Woosley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Skirvin.

Regenia worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at many area nursing homes. She also loved gardening, fishing, sewing, and dancing and was an all-around good people person. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Neighbors; sons, Christopher Neighbors and Robert Neighbors; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Belinda, Bernice, Nona; brothers, Clifton, Getzel, Terry, and Bruce; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Sunday from 1 until 4 p.m. at the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel. Cremation was chosen.
