Phyllis Marie Castaneda, 56, of Franklin, KY formerly of Allegan, MI passed away Friday February 1, 2019 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was the daughter of the late Beverly Jane Pharo. Phyllis was born in Kalamazoo, MI on November 18, 1962.

She was preceded in death by her companion of 31 years, Orville Boylan and two grandchildren, Leigh Hitchcock and Betty Mills. Phyllis was a prankster and enjoyed making people laugh. She loved playing cards and being with friends.

Her door was always open to friends and family. Phyllis is survived by her life partner Tony Ard, two daughters, Beverly Hitchcock (Chad) and Mable Mills (Rodney), two sons, James Boylan and Jason Boylan, her uncle Donald Case (Sandy), 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
