A graveside service for Vivian Benson Linville, age 94, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Greenleaf Cemetery under the direction of the Heartland Funeral Home. Mrs. Linville passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at her residence. Vivian was born February 1, 1925 in Marble Falls, Texas to James Amon and Cara Mae Rogers Benson.

She married Norman Barron on June 4, 1985 in Brownwood, Texas, was a homemaker and a member of the Early First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Norman Barron; her children Royce Hobbs, Cecil Carl Hobbs, Reba Meyers, Alda Yearian; one brother Amon Benson and by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great great great grandchildren, great great great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, children Terrell Hobbs, Hazel Coats and Derriel Hobbs; brothers Eugene Benson, Walter Benson, George Benson and Odell Benson and by one sister Eva Nell Ingram Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
