Wanda Brown Lenard, 66, of Phenix City, AL, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the Columbus Hospice House, while surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM EST on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home on Macon Road with Rev. Tommy Bradford officiating.

Interment will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening at Vance Brooks(Columbus) from 6-8:00 PM.

Wanda was born October 24, 1951 in Sardis, MS to Lois H. Gassett Parker and the late Doylan Monroe Brown. She worked for many years as a legal secretary and was a member of Phenix City First Assembly of God. Other than her father, she was preceded in death by all her grandparents, 2 aunts and 1 half-brother.

She is survived by her loving husband Jerry W. Lenard; daughter, Dawn Noland and husband Stephen; mother, Lois H. Gassett Parker; sister, Leah F. Turner and husband Dennis; 3 half-siblings; grandchildren, Noah Smith and Chase Noland; several extend family members and many caring friends. Online condolences can be made at www.
