Wanda L. Hultman, age 78 of North Branch passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis. Wanda was born on April 19, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents, Hubert and Ruth (Hicks) Witten. Wanda worked as a cook at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Rush City for several years as well as the Oak Inn in North Branch.
