Willard D. Wilson, resident of Wabash Christian Village in Carmi, IL, formerly of Eldorado, IL, passed away on January 15, 2019 at the age of 91. Willard was born August 1, 1927 to John F. and Maude (Burns) Wilson in Coulterville, IL. He was born into a farm family who had settled the farm in the early 1800’s.

As a young adult, he owned a malt shop where he made fresh pies. Over a 20-year period, he worked for Halliburton in Robinson, Olney, Crossville and Flora, IL.
