Obituary for William “Bill” Marshall Estes William “Bill” Marshall Estes, 86, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday June 15, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born in Mammoth Cave to Ivy Clayton Estes and Mollie Johnson Estes Marshall. He owned and operated Bill Estes Camper City and Estes Ashland and Car Sales.

He was a local small business owner in the community for over 55 years. He was a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church and an Army Veteran. Bill was a loving, dedicated father and grandfather who will be missed by his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wright Estes, his parents, and one daughter, Teresa “Terry” Woosley. He is survived by his Daughter, Karen (Tommy) Skees of Elizabethtown, KY, Brother, Burton Estes of Hodgenville, KY, half-sister, Carolyn Fulkerson of Chino, CA, Granddaughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Watkins of Elizabethtown, KY, Grandson, Jarrod (Janet) Hurst of Elizabethtown, KY, Three Great-grandsons, Justin Watkins, Tyler Watkins, and Peter Hurst Funeral Services will be held Tuesday June 19, 2018 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church Sonora in Sonora, KY With Rev. Tony Carson officiating.

Burial will be held at the Sonora Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Tuesday 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Sonora. Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.
