William Edwin Lower, 76, of Ridgeville, SC, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, June 5, 2018 at 2 o’clock at the Harrell family farm, 155 Bradley Lane, Ridgeville, SC 29472. Visitation will be at Parks Funeral Home Tuesday morning from 11 – 12 o’clock.

Flowers will be accepted. William was born March 30, 1942 in Wadsworth, Ohio. He was a retired Hull Maintenance Technician for the U.S. Navy.
