William Harrison “Bill” Payne, Jr. April 1, 1959 ~ October 2, 2018 William Harrison “Bill” Payne, Jr. was taken from us much too soon on October 2, 2018 from complications from cancer treatments. Bill was born on April 1, 1959 to Roberta Crites and William H. Payne in Phoenix Arizona. Bill had two children, William H. Payne III and Melanie Jane Amador, and two step-children, Leland J Ogg, and Michael S. Hall.

He loved his family with all his heart. Bill enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, boating, skiing, and camping. He treasured spending time with his grandchildren and was always teaching them good moral values, skiing, four wheeling, shooting, and camping.

Bill is survived by his mother and step-father, Roberta Crites and Robert Crites; his brother, Steve Crites; and his sisters, Kathy Ellison, Sandra Morris, Barbara Crites, Julie Schrader, and Stephanie Picard. He is also survived by his wife, Teresa Payne and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, William H. Payne III; his stepson, Leland J Ogg; his brothers, Robert E Crites Jr., James E. Payne; and his dad, William H. Payne, Sr. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life after the services at 2535 South Doral Drive, Syracuse UT 84075.
