He served God. He served his country. He led his family.
What an incredible example of a husband, father and grandfather. He took his last breath this morning and opened his eyes to our Savior and his beloved Rosie of 69 years and 9 months (as he always said). You were the glue that held us together and the greatest fisherman this world has known.
I hope the boat was loaded and the wind was calm for you. Save me a rod and minnows, we will have a lot to talk about one day. You were always my hero.
Until that day, kiss Granny for me. We will miss you deeply. We love you Pa!
