Bill was born Sunday, February 24, 1929 in St Louis , Missouri, to the late Mary Jones and Lloyd Tabers. Bill was a Naval veteran of W.W.II, attended George Washington University and retired from Maryland and Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association after 28 years of service as a systems analyst.
Bill is survivied by his devoted friend of 58 years, Johnny Brown, 3 cherished neices, Linda, Kitty and Mary Ann. Also, his loyal Lab, Jack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two nephews, Jerry Lynn and William Howard.
