Funeral services for William Slade, age 82 will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Roger Holley will officiate.

He was a farmer. Mr. Slade passed away on Thursday, January 04, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Slade is survived by his loving wife, Wilma Slade of East Dublin, 2 sons, Richard Slade of Dublin, and Allen Slade of Dublin, 2 sisters, Lenora (Mervin) Brantley of East Dublin, and Lillie Mae (Bennie) Graham of East Dublin, and 3 grandchildren, Kaylee Slade, Richi Slade, and Gavin Slade.

Pallbearers will be Jim Smalley, Jeff Graham, Larry Tanner, Arnold Horton, Wayne Chamness, and Joey Chambers. The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, January 6, 2017 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
