William T. Davis Sr., 80, of Wintersville, died Sunday, June 17, 2018, peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 1, 1937 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Clarence and Loretta Carroll Davis.

He is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Jeanne Gray Davis and his brother, Robert J. Davis. William graduated in 1955 from Steubenville High School and served in the U.S. Navy from 1956-1958,and was a member of the Weirton Moose Lodge #688. He was employed by Weirton Steel and retired in 1999.

Surviving are his two sons, William T. Davis Jr. (Missy) and Robert J. Davis (Judy), both of Wintersville and 6 grandchildren, Dustin, Mikki, Gabbi, Anthony, Jonathan, and Bethany and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial visitation Wednesday 6-7 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel. 4435 Sunset Blvd with a celebration of life to follow at the home of William T. Davis Jr., 198 Warren Lane, Wintersville OH.
