William “Daniel” Petty, Jr., age 39, of Hot Springs, died Sunday, September 23, 2018. He was born on April 27, 1979 in Bayshore, New York, the son of William Daniel Petty, Sr. and Shelene Johnson Petty. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Homer Petty; and his maternal grandparents, Norman and Cloris Johnson.

Daniel worked for Window Mart in Hot Springs. He was a loving father who adored his children. He is survived by four sons, Spencer Daniel Petty, Joey Kilzer, Cole Kilzer and Gunner Kilzer; two daughter, Paisley Rae Petty and Emma Kilzer; his parents, William Petty, Sr. and Shelly and James Criswell; his fiancée, Tiffany Kilzer, all of Hot Springs; two brothers, Allen Petty of Hot Springs and Dylan Cartwright of Vilonia; his sister, Angela Petty of Hot Springs; two nieces, Braelynn Petty and Brinlee Petty, both of Hot Springs; his paternal grandmother, Joann Petty of Hot Springs; numerous extended family members; and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Gospel Light Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Capaci officiating. Interment will be in Black Springs Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Saturday evening at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Allen Petty, Dwayne Petty, C J Petty, Joey Kilzer, David Petty and James Criswell. Guest registry is at www.
