Toinette E. Hooker, age 83, of Nashville, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018. She was born on December 28, 1934 in McCaskill, the daughter of the late Elijah Warren Cantrell and Jeffie Pauline Self Cantrell. Much of her life was spent in California where she worked over 30 years for Diamond International, a manufacturer of pulp products such as paper plates and other paper products.

She moved back to Arkansas to live about fourteen years ago. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Linda Cantrell of Red Bluff, California. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Glenwood.
