Robin “Buddy” Ratton, age 58, of Amity, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018. She was born on December 19, 1959 in Long Beach, California, the daughter of Kenneth McGinnis and Bonnie Fish McGinnis. On September 13, 1980, she was married to John D. Ratton.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She was a United States Air Force veteran and loved to fish and play with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, John D. Ratton of Amity; three children, Jennifer Christo and her husband, Emery, John W. Ratton, all of Amity, and Michael Ratton of Wolf Lake, Indiana; five grandchildren, Chasta, Hannah, Zachary, Sarah and Colton; her brother, Kenneth McGinnis of Louisiana; her sister, Marion Spears of Point Cedar; and her nieces and nephews.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 26, 2018, in the Jones Cemetery at Amity. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
