Mr. Willie Cleveland “Chicken Man” Carter of 2356 Moore’s Ln Lumberton, NC. Passed Monday, June 25, 2018. He was born May 21, 1949.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Cleveland Carter and Myrtle Bell Carter, and a granddaughter Santana Barton, a sister Evelyn Carter Hunt. Willie Leaves to cherish his memories two daughter; Mickey Carter Locklear(Sim Bryan) and Bobbie Jane Dial, three sons Bryant, Deran and Shane Carter, his former wife Dale Carter, one sister Betty Jane Carter Yeager; one brother Roger Dale Carter; six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, Beloved friends and loved ones.
