AD1 Frank B. Raynor (USN, Ret. ), 81, of Orange Park, FL passed away on April 26, 2018. He was born on January 7, 1937 in Manor, PA to the late William and Anna (Elchik) Raynor.

After graduating from high school, Frank served our country honorably in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of dedicated service and also at NADEP, retiring after 20 years. He was a member of Fleet Reserve # 91, VFW Post 5968 and The Loyal Order of the Moose. Frank enjoyed fishing, golfing and above all, spending time with his family and friends.

Waiting for him at Heaven’s Gate was his son, Daniel Raynor and six brothers and sisters. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 50 years and best friend, Ellen Lang Raynor; daughter, Susan Raynor Fejarang; sister, Lila Caroselli; brother, Jack Raynor; grandchildren, Vanessa Raynor, Brien Budd and Andrew Fejarang and great-granddaughter, Ellieanna. Graveside services will be held at 10:30am, Monday, May 7, 2018 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd.

, Jacksonville, FL 32218 with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating and full military honors conferred. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Haven Hospice at www. beyourhaven.org.
