Joan Jacqueline Mazzullo, age 28, passed away in the early morning Saturday, April 14, 2018. Joan was born September 2, 1989 in Rome, New York. She moved with her family to Fleming Island, Florida as a child where she attended elementary, junior high and high school.

Survivors include her daughter Amila Joan Studzinsky, parents Dan Mazzullo and Jackie Mazzullo, and sister Nicole Mazzullo. She also leaves behind her nephew Dominick Grimes and life partner Justin Bass. Relatives and close friends are welcome to attend a viewing at 1 pm Thursday April 19, 2018, and formal services will be held 2 p.m. the same day, at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park FL.
