Alan G. Hansen, age 71, of Freedom, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a valiant fight against Parkinson’s Disease on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, N3972 Columbia Ave. , Freedom, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1700 Lost Dauphin Road, De Pere.

Committal services and full Military Honors will be at St. Nicholas Cemetery following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established. A complete obituary will be posted when available.
