Alfred’s Obituary Funeral services for Alfred Campbell, Jr. will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church in Barbreck. Burial will be at a later date in the church cemetery under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Mr. Campbell, age 71, of Bunkie, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.

Mr. Campbell was a US Army veteran and was retired from Coastal Bridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Cindy Williams; his wife, Linda Scott Campbell; two brothers, Michael Campbell and Alvin Campbell; a sister, Marie Campbell Rodgers; three sons, Johnathan Brenagh, Leon Scott and Christopher Armstrong. He is survived by his loving family, two daughters, Nicole Campbell (Dwight) of Lake Charles and Linda Brenagh (James) of Lafayette; two sons, Alfred Campbell, III (Sherry) of Bunkie and Patrick Brenagh (Shalaina) of Bunkie; step-children, Stacey Scott, Raymond Scott and Terrell Scott; adopted children, Alvin Campbell (Vonnie) of Whiteville, Leon Rodgers, Jr. (Patricia) of Opelousas, Pamela Williams of Lafayette, Cynthia Rodgers of Lafayette, Bridget Rodgers, (Teddy) of Shreveport and Shemica Spriggins of Shreveport.
