Obituary for Alvin Peters Alvin Kenneth Peters, 64, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at Muncy Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit. Born August 14, 1953 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Alvin R. and Emma Merrill Peters. Alvin was a graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School.

In 1976 he married Barbara Peters who preceded him in death in 2013. He was employed as a Laboratory Technician at Lock Haven’s Sewage Treatment Plant. Alvin enjoyed sitting on his porch.

Surviving are two children: Kenneth Peters of Mill Hall and Amy Peters of Altoona; his grandson, Owen Peters; his brother, Jerry (Deb) Peters of Loganton; and his sister, Bonnie Kurtz of S. Williamsport. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemignton.
