Obituary for Ronald Fox Ronald Eugene Fox, 82, of 310 Wright St., Flemington, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 at home. Ron was born in Lock Haven on April 2, 1936, the son of the late Eugene W. and Maude A. Page Fox. He was a 1954 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
Ron was employed as a Sales Associate at Economy Auto Parts of Lock Haven for over 40 years. He was a member of the Castanea Fire Company, Plymouth Owners Club and Susquehannock Antique Automobile Club of America. Ron had a passion for his antique cars and was a 25 year member of the Central Pennsylvania Street Machines, serving as past president and current treasurer.
He enjoyed hunting and going to the Clinton County Speedway with the Forney Racing Team. He was an avid fan of NASCAR with Matt Kenseth being his favorite driver. Most of all, Ron enjoyed his time with his family and always looked forward to their annual trips to Wildwood, NJ as well as playing cards with his grandchildren.
Ron is survived by his wife of 40 years, Susan M. Heaton; his daughter, Ronda E. (Neal) Munro of Flemington; two grandchildren, Connor N. (Amy) Munro and Kendell M. (Nicole Smith) Munro, both of Flemington; his “special little buddy,” Zakiyah Smith of Flemington; and was looking forward to his expected first great grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Elaine Eisaman Fox; and his sister, Barbara J. (Larue) Yocum. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 10a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa 17745 with Rev.
Mark Riley officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Central Pennsylvania Street Machines.
