Grace M. Forney, 90, of Barton Street, Lock Haven passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at her home. She was born July 7, 1928 in Lock Haven to Harold F. and Mildred Miller Robb. She was a 1946 graduate of the Mill Hall High School and was a1950 graduate of the Junior College of Messiah.

She served in home missions for six years in the Harrisburg area and had volunteered at various local organizations. She had worked at the Susque-View Home where she served as secretary for a number of years before retiring in January 1993. Grace had been an active member of the First Baptist Church of Lock Haven.

Grace was united into marriage to Dale Q. Forney July 7, 1956. He preceded her in death, April 13, 1973. She is survived by her daughter; Diana E. Nyman of Mill Hall, one son; Dale W. (Donna) Forney of Chambersburg, PA , two sisters; Barbara Jackson of Howard, Vicki Sullivan of Garnet Valley, PA, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband Dale, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda M. Bailey and her husband Dave, a son-in-law; Lloyd Nyman Jr., two grandchildren; two brothers; Harold F. Robb Jr. and Earl P. Robb. Funeral Services for Grace M. Forney will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Officiating will be Pastor Steve Gorton of Wisconsin.

Family and friends will be received in the funeral home from 9:30 am until time of services. Interment will be in Reigle Cemetery, Killinger, PA. , at the convenience of the family.
