Obituary for Ann Moyers Joplin, Mo. Anna K. Moyers, age 90, of Joplin, Mo. passed away at 2:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2018 at Spring River Christian Village.

Ann was born September 9, 1928 in Arlington, Kentucky to William and Opal Hayden Yancy. She had lived in Joplin since 1994, moving here from O’Fallon, Mo. She was employed in the Quality Control Dept.

of Monsanto Co. in St. Peters, Mo. for 28 years. Ann was an active member of the College Heights Christian Church.

She volunteered for the Lafayette House in Joplin and was an avid flower gardener. Ann married Raymond A. Moyers June 21, 1947 in Arlington, Kentucky. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2014.

Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Holbert and husband Stan, Pea Ridge, Ark. , two sons, Tom Moyers and wife Terry, Fredrick, Co. and Kevin Moyers and wife Cindy, Fort Scott, Ks. , one brother, Denzil Willey and wife Syble, Memphis, Tn.

, seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at College Heights Christian Church Chapel with Rick Bushnell and Jay St. Clair, Ministers, officiating. Visitation will follow the service.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made to College Heights Christian Church, Good News Productions Intl. or Ozark Christian College. Following cremation Ann’s ashes will be buried in Mt.
