Obituary of Anna Elmo Anna Mae (Collins) Elmo, 87, of Trumansburg, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018. She was born on May 17, 1931, the daughter of the late Eugene and Leah (Wright) Collins. Anna Mae love to babysit.

The last children that she babysat for were her grandchildren, Taylor and Turner. She was a wonderful person, who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her brother Merle Collins and his late wife, Sue. Surviving are her children, Cheryl (Lawrence) Iacovelli of Trumansburg, Greg Elmo of Las Vegas, NV, and Shireen Place; brother, Merle Collins of Cayuta; six grandchildren; her favorite niece, Carol Marsh, and many other nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Elmo. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 4-6 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. A funeral service will follow at 6 pm.

Private burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Odessa. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
