Anthony Ray Borden-Cortez, 18, passed away on December 4, 2018 in Ogden, Utah. Anthony was born on October 18, 2000 to John Lewis Borden and Diane Renee Loucks, in Layton, Utah. He attended Vae View Elementary, North Davis Prep, and graduated from George Washington High School.

He enjoyed playing basketball, video games, and working out. Anthony is survived by his mother, Diane; son, Xavier; brother, Nicholas; sister, Briana; grandparents, Gerald and Nancy Morris, and Amada Parker. He was preceded in death by his dad, John.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends may gather from 11:00 a.m. – 12:45pm. at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
