Obituary for Arden E. Schwersinske Jr. Arden E. Schwersinske Jr., 82, of North Fond du Lac, died on Friday, May 25, 2018, at Hospice Home of Hope surrounded by his family. He was born on April 8, 1936, in Fond du Lac, the son of the late Arden Sr. and Lucille (Pangor) Schwersinske. On June 5, 1954, he married Barbara Hansen.

Arden was employed by various places, retiring from the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home doing maintenance work. He was a member of Fond du Lac Aerie #270 Fraternal Order of Eagles, Local 400 of Plumbing and Steamfitters Union and the Lilly Snowbirds Snowmobile Club. Arden enjoyed spending time with his family and friends up at his cottage, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and gardening.

Arden is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara; four children, Cynthia (Glen) Harter, Nancy (David) Goldapske, Mike (Jackie) Schwersinske and Mark (Kathy) Schwersinske; a sister, Janet Fink; a sister-in-law, Pat Bacon, 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Arden was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Frank and John Schwersinske. VISITATION: Friends may call on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.

FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, with Outreach Chaplain Karen Kraus officiating. Entombment will be in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum at Ledgeview Memorial Park, Fond du Lac. Memorials to Agnesian Hospice in Arden’s memory are appreciated.
