Obituary for Arthur Lee Smith Jr. Arthur Lee Smith, Jr., age 58, passed away December 11, 2018 at Park Terrace Village. Arthur was born in Evansville, Indiana to Angela and Arthur Lee Smith, Sr. on July 12, 1960. He joined New Hope Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.

After high school, Arthur joined the military serving in the United States Army. Later, he received a degree in the culinary arts and worked in the restaurant industry. Arthur was preceded in death by his grandmother, Louise Sears, and four siblings: Germaine, Ethellita, Tamara, and Lawrence.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Agnes Smith; four children: Arthur III, Andria, Antonio, and Addison Smith; parents, Angela and Arthur Smith, Sr.; two brothers: Byron Smith of Denver CO and Jeffery (Jamila) Smith of Evansville IN; three sisters: Vicki Kimbrew of Evansville IN, Deanna Smith of Denver CO, and Collette (Jermaine) Owsley of Evansville IN; special uncle, Fred Smith of Rialto CA; and six step-children: Fred Adams, Wayne Wells, Bruce Adams, and Anthony Adams – all of Evansville, Lorraine Adams of Biloxi MS, and Keya Cole of Louisville KY; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services are Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00am at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation from 9:00am until service time.
