OBITUARY Bryan K. Cotton December 23, 1966 – December 13, 2018 Bryan K. Cotton, 51, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at North Park Nursing Center. He was born December 23, 1966 in Princeton, KY. Our sweet-spirited son and brother has gone to be with the Lord, 10 days before his 52nd birthday.

He was born with Down’s syndrome and was an avid Special Olympics participator who received many awards and trophies. He worked at S.I.R.S. in Boonville, and then worked at ARC on Kotter Avenue for many years.

While working at ARC, he lived with his mother Linda for the last two years of his employment. It was during that time he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Bryan was preceded in death by his dad, Roger Cotton, Sr. and grandparents, Norvell and Wellabell (Owen) Cotton and Montie Shaw.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Shaw Cotton; grandmother, Mary Shaw; brother, R. Steven Cotton, Jr. (Penny) and their daughter, Candace; brother, David Cotton (Kween) and their daughter, Mia. A Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 17, 2018 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Rev. Art Christmas, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to S.M.I.L.E. Condolences may be made online at www. AlexanderNorthChapel.com.
