O’Toole, 73,of Hummelstown, passed away on February 25, 2019 in the Hershey Medical Center. She was born June 29, 1945 in Hershey, a daughter of the late Dominic and Jennie (Pavone) Iacavone. She was also preceded in death by her son, John C. O’Toole, Jr. and brother, John Iacavone.

Barbara was a retired employee of the Hershey Medical Center and volunteered at the Milton Hershey School. Surviving is her husband, John C. O’Toole, Sr.; sons, Robert F. (Brandi) and Patrick P.; grandchildren, Jack & Addi; sister, Elizabeth (Barry) Karnes; brother, Dominic (Kimberly) Iacavone, Jr. Visitation will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 from 10:00am ‑ 11:00am followed by a memorial service in the Hoover Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Hershey. Private inurnment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey PA 17033 SERVICES Visitation Monday, March 04, 2019 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Hoover Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. of Hershey 88 Lucy Ave.
