Barbara M. Dinsmoor, 73, of Warren, died Monday, June 4, 2018, following a brief stay at the Rouse Home. Barbara was born December 11, 1944, in Seward, PA. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Catherine (Teeter) McClement.

Barbara was employed by Rexnord as a foreman, and operated Dinsmoor Plumbing with her husband. She was a member of Stoneham United Methodist Church, where she was active in Bible Studies and participated in church functions with her friends. Barbara was also the chaplain and historian of the Clarendon VFW Auxiliary.

She enjoyed spending time with family, attending her grandson’s sporting events, rarely missing a game, no matter the sport or weather, and sharing a meal with her many friends at the Peppermill. She is survived by two children, Thomas R. Eaton, Sr., and wife, Amy, and Catherine Dinsmoor, and boyfriend, Paul Jamison, both of Clarendon; one brother, Richard McClement, and wife, Kathleen, of Cleveland; 6 grandchildren—Thomas R. Eaton, Jr., Abby Eaton, Alex Eaton, Allen Eaton, Austin Marcy and Audrey Marcy; and niece, Maureen McClement. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death on May 3, 2002, by her husband of 31 years, Donald L. Dinsmoor.

Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penn. Ave. E., Warren, on Thursday, June 7, from 2 to 4 p.m., and on Friday, June 8, from 1 to 3 p.m., at which time a memorial service will be held there with Rev.

Marty Reynolds, Stoneham United Methodist Church, and Rev. Bill Hargenrader, First Church of God, pastor, co-officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Warren, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope Assistance Dogs, Inc., 3 Scott Run Rd, Warren, PA 16365.
