Funeral services for Barbara Myrtle Binder Miller, age 88 of Cleveland, will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Rev. Tommy Stowe will officiate with interment to follow the service in Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery, Blairsville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 25th, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and at Bethlehem Baptist Church, prior to the service on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Mrs. Miller passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Born in White Plains, New York on November 30, 1930, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Henry and Leora Wessell Binder.

Mrs. Miller was United States Air Force veteran and she received her RN degree from the University of Maryland and Franklin Square Hospital. Mrs. Miller was a retired nurse from Stephens County Hospital and she was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years William F. “Bill” Miller, Jr. Survivors include daughters and sons in law Dawn and Jerry Singer of Cleveland and Suzi and Dr. Richard Lee of Albany, son Lonny W. Miller of Woodbridge, Virginia, sons and daughters in law Richard D. and Paula Miller of Huntsville, Alabama and Kenny L. and Laura Miller of Demorest, brother Robert Binder of Michigan, sister Bernadine “Bunny” Knuckles of Westminster, Maryland, as well as fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
