Obituary of Barbara Parnoff Barbara Ann Parnoff, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt, passed away peacefully at home in her sleep and into Our Lord’s Kingdom in the early morning of June 27, 2018. Barbara, the youngest of five siblings, was born on July 30, 1938 in Frackville, PA. Barbara graduated from the Immaculate Heart High School in Fountain Springs, PA and later attended nursing school for two years.

Barbara moved to Connecticut where she was employed as an executive secretary at Warner’s Co. in Bridgeport until the birth of her first child. Thereafter she began working as a legal secretary and was the office manager, bookkeeper and chief legal secretary for a Bridgeport law office for forty five years. Barbara is survived by her husband of forty years, Laurence V. Parnoff of Stratford CT, her son, Leonard Dzienis of Stratford CT, her son, Laurence V. Parnoff, Jr. of Stratford CT, and her daughter, Lauren Ann Bull and her husband Milan Bull of Fairfield CT, her grandsons, Jacob Dzienis of Stratford, CT and Milan Bull of Fairfield, CT.

Barbara was a loving, caring and diligent wife, mother, grandmother and aunt to a number of nephews and nieces. While she will be sorely missed, the pain of her loss is made insignificant by the knowledge that she is in the presence of Our Lord together with those of her extended family who have predeceased her. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. directly in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 200 Shelton Road, Trumbull.

There will be no calling hours.
