Beatrice’s Obituary Beatrice Louise Hauter age 87 of Saranac, MI passed away January 23, 2019. She was born March 6, 1931 in Ionia, the daughter of Chester and Grace (Helmer) Larsen. Bea graduated from Ionia High School, Class of 1949.

She was a homemaker who helped her husband in their real estate business. She enjoyed traveling, entertaining and spending time with her family. Bea also did volunteer work for the Saranac Community Church which she was a long-time member of.

Surviving are her husband Dale Hauter of Ionia, children Linda (Tim) Kimble of Foothill Ranch, CA, Aaron (Julia) Hauter of Chandler, AZ, Thomas (Marilyn) Hauter of Lyons, brother Vic (Sharon) Larsen of Ionia, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Raymond Larsen, brothers Chuck Larsen, Chester Larsen and David Larsen, sister Donna Huntley. Funeral services will be held at the Saranac Community Church on Wednesday, January 30th at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Becky Poor officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Saranac Community Church. Online condolences may be made at www.
