Bennie Bill Brummett, 85, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at his residence. He was born on September 28, 1933 in Sullivan, Indiana the son of Ocie Brummett and Eulah Terry Brummett. Bennie was a US Army veteran.

He retired from Pfizer in Terre Haute, Indiana and worked part-time for Milburn’s. He was a member of the Shriners and Free Masons. Bennie is preceded in death by his parents, wife Irma Yates Brummett, two sons; Brad Brummett and Kevin Burdette, sister, Patsy Norris and two brothers-in-law; Frank Duncan and Junior Norris.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Brummett, two sons; Greg (Cathy) Brummett of Farmersburg, Indiana, Thad (Brandee) Burdette of Brazil, Indiana, three daughters; Sue (Ed) David of Terre Haute, Indiana, Bev Chafey (Matt) of Nashville, Indiana and Tracey (John) Fuzesi of Sullivan, Indiana, sister, Sharon Duncan of Sullivan, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 29, 2018 with a Masonic service at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev.

David Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home.
