Betty Miller Brill, 87, of Wardensville, WV died on Monday, September 17, 2018 at her home surrounded by family & friends while under the care of Grant Memorial Hospice. Betty was born on February 3, 1931 in Wardensville, WV, the daughter of the late Howard A. and Edna Donaven Miller. Betty was a member of the Faith Mission Church in Wardensville, WV and previously worked for Harris Intertype in Winchester, VA for 12 years.

Betty loved her flowers, going to the beach, watching her… Read More » birds and most of all, spending time with her family. Betty married Maynard W. Brill on December 29, 1951 in Hagerstown, MD. Surviving with her husband of nearly 67 years are two sons: Dennis S. Brill (Becky) and Robin L. Brill (Donna) all of Wardensville, WV; a sister: Shirley LaFollette of Sterling, VA; five grandchildren: Dustin Brill, Leslie Brill, Derek Brill, Zachary Brill and Allison Brown and 10 great-grandchildren: Abigail, Olivia, Landon, Kyndall, Bodie, Ian, Amelia, Teyla, Tyson and Isabella.

She is preceded in death by two brothers: Robert and Andrew Miller and two sisters: Delores Roberts and Rhonda Kells. A funeral service will be held at the Faith Mission Church on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Roger Sager.

Interment will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery near Wardensville. The family will receive friends at the Loy-Giffin Funeral Home in Wardensville on Thursday, September 20th from 6-8 PM and on Friday an hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Promise Foundation, C/O Grant Memorial Hospice, 100 Hospital Drive, Suite 2, Petersburg, WV 26847 or Wardensville Vol.
