Obituary for Betty F. Douglas Betty Fuqua Douglas, 85, of Cross City passed away October 19, 2018. Mrs. Douglas was born April 27, 1933 to the late Bill and Mamie Wilson in Sebring, Florida, but had spent most of her life in the Cross City Area. She had worked for several years as a bank courier with Dixie County State Bank and Drummond Community Bank.

Mrs. Douglas is survived by her son Roscoe “Ricky” Douglas, her daughter Betty Jane Forehand, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her son Marion “Wes” Douglas. Graveside funeral services will be held for Mrs. Douglas 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 23, 2018 in the Cross City Cemetery.
