Betty Mae McKinsey Watson, age 89, of Selma, passed away September 23, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Watson; sons: Douglas Watson, Charles C. Watson Jr. and James Watson; and daughter: Marie Hampton. Mrs. Watson is survived by her daughters, Patricia Watson and Virginia Nell Clibrey; and son: Larry Watson; grandchildren, David Clibrey Jr. and Michelle Clibrey, Tina Lewis, James Lewis (Carrie); great grandchildren, Terrell Lewis, Shawn Lewis, Rodney Lewis; numerous great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with graveside services following at 11:00 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Rod Rochester officiating. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Homestead Hospice.
