Obituary for Betty M. Sudbury Betty M. Sudbury, 87, of Palmyra, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Traditions of Hershey. She was the wife of the late Allen P. “Suds” Sudbury, who passed away in March of this year. They were married for 67 years.

Born in Fredericksburg on September 5, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Mamie M. Krissinger Rittle. Betty retired after 31 years working in the wrapping department at Hershey Foods. She was a member of First.

E.C. Church, Palmyra, a member of the Local 464 Chocolate Worker’s Union, and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Betty was an avid bowler, participating in many county, state and national tournaments, which led her to travel to many places with her husband. Surviving is a daughter Dolores J. Price, wife of Lester of Palmyra, son Donald R. Sudbury, husband of Loretta of Cleona; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter on the way; brother Kenneth Rittle, husband of Linda of Georgia, and a sister Mamie Haldeman.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 31 at 11:00 a.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville, PA 17003. Viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Grand View Memorial Park.
