Beulah (Blake) Sparks, 96, of Evansville, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at Golden Living Woodlands. She was born September 24, 1922 in Petersburg, IN to the late Buel and Myrtle (Troutman) Blake. Beulah graduated from Oakland City High School in 1940 and moved to Evansville where she worked as a nursing assistant at Deaconess Hospital for over 28 years.

She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Beulah is survived by her sons, Larry Sparks (Judy) of Evansville, Roger Sparks (Debbie) of Corydon, KY, Stephen Sparks (Cindy) of Winslow, IN, and Dale Sparks (Becky) of Evansville; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Sparks in 2010 and brother, Joe Blake.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Reverend Ray Deeter officiating. Burial will be at Willis Cemetery in Petersburg, IN.
