Beverly K. (Delozier) Fiveash passed from this life on July 18, 2018 at her home in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years. Beverly was born November 15, 1953 in Ada to her parents Randy and Rena (Newton) Delozier. Beverly worked in accounting for DFAS for many years.

She and the late Benny Fiveash were married in June of 1972. They returned to the Ada area in 1996 after a long military career. Beverly enjoyed reading, crafts, watching movies and castle hunting in Germany.

She… Read More » is survived by her 2 sons; Travis Fiveash of Hereford, Arizona, Timothy Fiveash of Honolulu, Hawaii, 1 sister; Brenda Simpson of Washington State, and mother; Genny (Delozier) Berryman along with a host of other relatives, longtime friends and neighbors. Beverly is preceded in death by her husband; Benny Fiveash, father; Randy Delozier, 1 brother; Russell Delozier. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Monday July 23, 2018 at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home with Chaplain Justin Villians officiating, interment following at Oakman Cemetery.
