Billy Gene Hickerson passed away Wednesday October 24, 2018 in El Reno, OK at the age of 85. Billy was born March 6th, 1933 in Stuart, Oklahoma to Thomas Edgar “Ted” Hickerson and Jewell Hull Hickerson. He graduated Stuart High School and then served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Billy was a truck driver for Triangle Express for many years and enjoyed raising horses and border collie’s. Billy is survived by his daughter, Audre Knott and husband Sam of Calumet, Oklahoma; twin sister, Willa Henry and husband Sonny Henry of Casa R Grande Arizona; sister, Lotrevious Carl of Arizona; sister in laws, Dora Lee Kitchen of Stuart, Oklahoma, Darlene Hickerson of McAlester, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, one on the way, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday October 31, 2018 at Bohannon Cemetery, Stuart, Oklahoma with Pastor Bart Patterson officiating. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
