Tonya Sue Mendoza , age 52 departed this life in Oklahoma City, October 3, 2018. She was born October 26,1965 in Oklahoma City to the late Clyde Rhodd and Laverne Larney. She married Raul Mendoza , March 15, 1984 in Oklahoma City and to this union two sons were born.

Tonya was a member Kaney Chapel Church. She enjoyed riding her bike with her grandchildren. Most important to Tonya was taking care of her family and going to Church.

Survivors… Read More » include her husband Raul Mendoza of the home, two sons Ruben Mendoza and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma City, Antonio Cordell Mendoza of Oklahoma City, three grandchildren Ruben Mendoza Jr., Raul Mendoza , and Naomi Mendoza: Sisters Letitia Noear, and Lori Fraga Rhodd, one brother Tony Lemmons, and a host of other relatives and friends. Pall bearers will be Mike Larney, Bruce Harjo, Victor Harjo, Raul Mendoza, Arvey Mendoza, and Ariel Mendoza.

Honorary pall bearers will be Ruben Mendoza Jr. and Raul Mendoza. Wake service will be 7:00 PM , Friday October 5, 2018 at Kaney Chapel, Bowlegs, OK. The body will be taken to the Church at 4:00 PM Friday.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Kaney Chapel, Bowlegs with Pastor Julian Judd officiating and burial to follow at Kaney Church Cemetery.
