Leroy “Pete” Tramell Jr. of Holdenville, Oklahoma was born March 19, 1945 in Holdenville and joined our Lord in heaven on October 9th, 2018, welcomed by his parents, Imogene and Leroy Trammell and his brother; Richard Trammell. He leaves behind his wife; Sarah Trammell; siblings; Ricky Trammell and wife, Elaine, Shirley Tonne and late husband Darrell and Charlotte Clements and husband Mark; two daughters; Valisha Hall and fiance Robert Gray and Jeanna Woolard and husband Roy, grandchildren;… Read More » Bryce Wardlow, Bethany Farrar and husband Dustin, Emily Hall, Jacob Hall, Walker Woolard, Lauren Peters and Hollie Woolard, great grandchildren; Blake Wardlow and Maverick Farrar, Zane Peters, Zoie Peters, Zaylie Peters, Zaybrie Peters, Braylee Hobia and Baylor Hobia, a large extended family and many friends who all loved him dearly. Pete was a carpenter/ general contractor all of his life.

He never met a stranger and looked forward to drinking coffee with his friends in the mornings and calling them in the evenings. he enjoyed going to garage sales with his wife Sara and going to flea markets and pawn shops to find bargains. More than anything though, Pete loved his family.

Pete always welcomed you with the biggest smile and a warm hug and always made sure you made it home okay. Pete will be greatly missed by so many. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday October 12, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church in Holdenville with Pastor Abraham Gomez officiating.

Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
