Beverly J. Miller, age 85 of Monticello, IN, formerly of Chesterton, IN, passed away on June 8, 2018 in Monticello. She was born on March 6, 1933 in Chesterton, IN to Charles and Wanita Wood, both of whom preceded her in death. Beverly is survived by her children: Mary Allen of Monticello, IN, Bonnie Morris of Tennessee, Vivian Bulington of Monticello, IN, James (Colleen) Lewis of Frankfort, IN, Allen (Tina) Lewis of Florida, Mike (Judy) Lewis of Monon, IN, and Robert (Dawn) Lewis of Monon, IN; her siblings: Mary Reich of Chesterton, IN, Marge Carlson of Chesterton, IN, Melvin Wood of Michigan, Mike Wood, Larry Wood, Karen Carter, and Martha Suchoke of Missouri; and by her eighteen grandchildren, fifty-four great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

She is also preceded in death by her four husbands: George Kirby, James E. Lewis Sr., Gene Carlson, and Paul E. Miller; and by her sister, Wanda “Dolly” Moss. Beverly enjoyed bowling with her husband, Gene. She also loved playing cards and especially loved playing the four different types of Solitaire on the computer.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South 2nd Street, Chesterton, IN. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 12, 2018 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
