Billie Jean England, age 82, of Canute, Oklahoma was born on August 25, 1936 in Talent, Oregon to Bert L. and Marjorie (Kirby) Davis. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 22, 2018 at her residence in Canute, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family. She married her best friend, Ben England, in 1963, in Sacramento, California.

Billie was also a professional bowler and was a member of the Foresters Club. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 29, 2018 at Saint Matthews Catholic Church, Elk City, Oklahoma. Father Philip Louis will officiate.

Interment will be in Holy Family Cemetery in Canute, Oklahoma. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Cherishing her memory is her husband, Ben England of Canute, Oklahoma; her son; Steve Taylor and his wife, Ida; two daughters, Brenda Schubert of Canute, Oklahoma, Judy Chronister and her husband, Doug; one stepdaughter; Debbie England of Sacramento, California, one brother, Bert L. Davis and his wife, Janet of Ashland, Oregon; one sister, Betty Clark and her husband, Kay of Tuscan, Arizona; fifteen grandchildren, Scott Johnson, Melisa Gross and her husband Shaun, Joseph Taylor and his wife Jen, Doug Chronister and his wife Mary, Deanna Taylor and her husband Chris, Elizabeth Taylor and her husband Glen, Shannon Beck and her husband Glenn, Amber Taylor and her husband, Freddie, Jason Taylor, Leo Taylor and his wife Sara, Corey Taylor and his wife Kimberly, Jennifer Schubert and her husband Moises, Eva Gross and her husband Justin, Kayla Smith and her husband Greg, and Megan Taylor; thirty-four great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bert L. and Marjorie Davis; son, Kenny Taylor; three sisters, Norma Livingston, Pauline McClusky, and Linda Gumm; and one grandson, Michael Taylor.
