Billie L. Michaels, 62, Johnstown, died October 26, 2018 at Select Specialty. Born February 19,1956 in Johnstown, daughter of William Thomas Jr. and Beatrice (Yeager) Turner. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John Michaels and nephew, David Turner.

Survived by children; Erica Svencer and William Palmer III; grandchildren, Johnny Michaels, Alectra Stricker, Tanyen Svencer and William Palmer IV; siblings, Sue Ann Ardary, Patricia married to Thomas Reed, Sharon married to Chris Martin and several nieces and nephews. She attended Trinity Lutheran and Zion Lutheran Church. She was a member of Turners Ladies Auxiliary.

Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 am, Pastor Toby Holland. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
