(77) of Johnstown passed away Oct. 19, 2018. Born Jan.

6, 1941 daughter of Sidney and Lillie Mae (Smith) Cox. Preceded in death by parents, husband Robert, son Adar Cox and her sisters Virginia Cox and Thelma Thomas. Survived by her brother Elder Darnell Cox (Valerie), her nieces Donna “Felicia” Brown (Bill) and Camilla Jackson (Alvin) and many family and friends.

Gladys enjoyed a long career with the Greater Johnstown Water Authority from where she retired. She was active in many of the churches in the Johnstown area. Family and friends will be received from 5 – 8 PM Friday and are invited to attend her Homegoing Service at 11 AM Saturday at Mt.

Sinai Baptist Church, Second St., Conemaugh, the Rev. Maurice Williams officiating, Committal Benshoff Hill Cemetery, Moskal-Reid funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
