Billie Jean Mullins, 89, of Frankfort, formerly of Ashland, died Wednesday evening. Survivors include her husband, James Mullins, of Frankfort; daughters, Sandra Mullins (Bill Carter), of Frankfort, and Mary Mullins, of Nicholasville; brother, Henry Collier, of Ashland; grandchildren, Jake Patrick, of Lexington, Michelle (Jeremy) Puckett, of Lancaster, and Tara Carter, of Ironton, OH; and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vina and Henry Collier, and one grandson, Eric Lowder.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland. Burial will follow at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Billie Mullins please visit our Sympathy Store.
